Welcome to ITGHOR.COM. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

ITGHOR.COM specializes in SEO, Web Design, Graphics Design, Meta Ads, and Facebook Ads. All services are delivered according to the scope, timeline, and pricing agreed upon with the client. Any additional requirements outside the initial agreement may result in extra charges.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver the agreed services. Any delay in providing necessary materials, such as website content, images, or account access, may affect project timelines. Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of information they supply.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments must be made as per the agreed contract or invoice.

  • Projects will only start after an advance payment is received.

  • Once a project has been initiated, payments are non-refundable.

  • For monthly services such as SEO or Ads management, payments must be cleared in advance for the upcoming month.

4. Revisions & Modifications

Revisions are limited to what was agreed upon in the project scope. Any major changes or redesigns requested after approval may incur additional charges.

5. Third-Party Platforms

For services like Meta Ads or Facebook Ads, ITGHOR.COM will manage campaigns on behalf of the client but is not responsible for policy changes, account restrictions, or third-party platform decisions beyond our control.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and strategies created by ITGHOR.COM remain our intellectual property until full payment is cleared. Upon completion and payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client (except third-party licensed materials).

7. Limitation of Liability

ITGHOR.COM will make every effort to deliver quality services. However, we are not liable for losses resulting from delays, technical issues, third-party failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice. All completed work up to that point must be paid for.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
